1. How Do I Join?

1. You can register yourself on our website.
2. At our homepage, click "Register"
3. A registration form will appear. Fill in details carefully and click on the Register button.
4. If any information is not given correctly, an error message will be displayed. Correct the error and click the Register button again.
5. Upon successful registration, your account will be created.

SHOPPING

1. How do I Place My Order?

All orders will have to be placed on our website.
*If you would like to make any changes to your online order, please kindly contact our customer officer at +65 9183 7524 or email us at sales@dermagold.sg.

2. How Do I To Look For An Item?

Via the 'SEARCH' Mechanism
1. Key in the item brand and/or description keyword into the SEARCH field.
2. The items found will then be listed in the centre window or else a message will be displayed.

3. How Do I Buy An Item?

1. When you see an item you want to buy on the display, simply click on "Add to Cart".
2. You will notice on the screen that 1 item has been added to your Cart and the total amount is also displayed.
3. Repeat the above steps to add more items.

4. How Can I See What I Have Bought So Far?

1. Click on “Cart".
2. You will see a list of items you have picked.
3. You may change the quantity of items at this time. If you have changed the quantity, remember to click "Update" for the changes to be accepted.
4. Otherwise, you may continue shopping to complete the order.

5. How Do I Check Out?

1. Click "Shopping Cart".
2. Please ensure that all the items listed and the quantity is right.
3. Click "CHECK OUT" button at the end of the form.
4. You will then be ask to check your delivery and payment information.

6. What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. For order value of S$100.00 nett and above, the delivery charges will be free per order per delivery location. For order value less than S$100.00 nett, the delivery charges will be S$8 per delivery trip.

7. How do we know that our order has been successfully submitted?

If your order has been successfully transmitted, your browser should give you an order number with reference to your order. An email will also be sent to you to acknowledge your order.

8. How do I confirm my order?

After submitting an order, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of order with an order number given. Please note that confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availability.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. When will my Order be Delivered?

For local delivery, estimated 3 working days for your order to reach you. For international orders, do write in to us at enquiries@dermagold.sg.

2. To which locations does DERMAGOLD deliver?

We deliver within mainland Singapore ONLY. We do not deliver to Jurong Island. Delivery address must be a proper Residential or Commercial Office address. DERMAGOLD reserves the rights to reject any delivery address without giving any explanation.

3. What is the delivery fee?

For order value of S$100.00 nett and above, the delivery charges will be free of charge per order per delivery trip. For order value less than S$100.00 nett, the delivery charges will be S$8 per delivery trip. Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location, etc. Special request is subject to DERMAGOLD's approval.
